Charitable Gaming Board
The Charitable Gaming Board (the Board) is a policy board within the meaning of § 2.2-2100 in the executive branch of state government. The purpose of the Board is to advise the Divsion of Charitable Gaming on all aspects of the conduct of charitable gaming in Virginia. The Charitable Gaming Board replaced the Charitable Gaming Commission effective July 1, 2003.
