Register for Electronic Financial Filing

The Division of Charitable gaming is launching an electronic financial reporting system. We are encouraging all organizations that are not currently enrolled in the Division’s Electronic Submission of Quarterly/Annual Reports Program to please complete the Electronic Financial Filing Authorization Form (pdf) as soon as possible to be eligible to submit your reports electronically.

Once the completed forms have been mailed to this office, the authorized names will be sent further instructions for receiving log-in information. Completed forms should be mailed to:
