Organization Licensing
(For all organizations that wish to conduct bingo and/or raffles)
Any organization anticipating gross receipts of $25,000 or more within a year shall file a Division prescribed Bingo/Raffle application. Information concerning these requirements can be found in Part II of the Charitable Gaming Rules and Regulations. In order to considered complete, all applications must be accompanied by:
- A completed application - new or renewal.
- Completed personnel information forms for the President, Treasurer/Financial Officer, or Equivalent Position AND all Game Managers
- A completed checklist
The Division of Charitable Gaming has 45 days in which to process a complete application. Please ensure that every application question has been answered in its entirety and all applicable supporting documentation has been provided as required by the application prior to submission to the Division of Charitable Gaming . The Division cannot process an application until receipt of all of the required information.
